Responsibilities Own the design and delivery of scalable, production-ready systems Write clean, maintainable code that aligns with modern architecture practices Drive engineering excellence: CI/CD, automated testing, code quality Ensure systems are reliable, observable, and optimized for real-world usage Work closely with clients to deliver solutions that create measurable impact Lead small teams - delegate effectively, communicate, and develop others Proactively identify and address issues outside of direct responsibility Qualifications 5+ years of experience with .NET 3+ years in a technical leadership role Experience with TypeScript, Angular (preferred) Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and serverless architecture Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server preferred) Experience with observability tools (e.g. Datadog) Experience with feature flagging implementation Familiarity with AI tools and applications Experience with automated testing strategies AI proficiency Fluent English communication, both verbal and written
