Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers Collaborate with cross-functional teams Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to front-end development. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize front-end development processes and workflows. Act as a subject matter expert on front-end development and provide guidance on best practices and standards. Define the UI/UX strategy, architecture, and best practices in alignment with the company’s vision.
