The  Lead , Field Access Management   leads the   National   Field   Access Manager ( F AM) organization and   is responsible for   ensuring patients experience   timely   and   appropriate access   to therapy. This role serves as the bridge between market access strategy and field execution, driving initiatives that   identify , resolve, and prevent reimbursement and access barriers. This position partners across Market Access, Sales, Patient Services, Specialty Pharmacy, Commercial Operations, and external vendors to   optimize   patient access, improve pull-through performance, and generate field insights that inform business strategy. Key Responsibilities • Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing team of   Field   Access Managers,   establishing   clear performance expectations, capabilities, and field execution standards. • Develop and execute field access strategies that improve patient access, reduce reimbursement barriers, and support successful product launches and lifecycle management. • Partner cross-functionally   with Market Access, Patient Services, HUB vendors, Specialty Pharmacies, Sales, and Commercial Operations to   optimize   patient support processes and resolve systemic access challenges. • Monitor and improve key access performance metrics, including time to therapy, prior authorization approvals, prescription conversion, abandonment, and specialty pharmacy fulfillment. • Analyze payer, HUB, specialty pharmacy, and claims data to   identify   trends, generate actionable insights, and inform access   strategies   and operational improvements. • Serve as the organization's field access subject matter expert, providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership and ensuring compliant execution of all access-related activities. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree   required ; advanced degree preferred. • 12+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience in market access, field reimbursement, patient services, specialty pharmacy, or related commercial functions. • 5+ years of leadership experience managing field-based access, reimbursement, or market access teams . • Deep understanding of payer policy, reimbursement pathways, prior authorization processes, specialty pharmacy distribution, and patient support programs. • Experience working with HUB systems, case management platforms, and specialty pharmacy data feeds. • Proven success launching specialty pharmaceutical products and leading cross-functional initiatives. • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to translate complex access challenges into practical business solutions. • Experience working in a fast-paced commercial launch or growth-stage environment. LI-REMOTE Pay Range: The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of remote is $204,300-$238,350. The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. Base salary is just one component of our competitive total compensation package, which includes equity in the form of stock options and/or restricted stock units, comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance coverage, 401k retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off.
