Lead Databricks Lakehouse Consultant
We are looking for a Lead Databricks Lakehouse Consultant to support a high-profile enterprise transformation programme. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to define, shape, and deliver a modern lakehouse strategy that will underpin analytics, AI, and reporting across multiple business units.
This is a senior-facing role with strong visibility and real strategic impact.
What you will do
Lead the design and rollout of a modern Databricks lakehouse platform
Define best practices around modelling, governance, and architecture
Support delivery teams across engineering and analytics workstreams
Engage with senior stakeholders on roadmap and transformation priorities
Help drive adoption of scalable cloud-native data patterns
What we are looking for
Strong Databricks consulting or architecture experience
Deep understanding of lakehouse design principles
Strong Spark, SQL, and cloud platform knowledge
Experience leading workshops and advising senior business stakeholders
Excellent communication and delivery leadership skills
