WHAT YOU'LL DO   Serve as the strategic lead across a portfolio of agency clients, building trusted executive relationships and delivering exceptional client outcomes.  Partner closely with Business Development and Trading teams to drive client retention, growth, and adoption of The Trade Desk's solutions.   Lead strategic client engagements, helping agencies unlock business value through data-driven recommendations, innovation, and long-term account planning.   Act as a trusted advisor by identifying client challenges, influencing strategy, and delivering solutions that align with both client objectives and The Trade Desk's business goals.  Develop deep knowledge of each client's business, proactively identifying opportunities to expand partnerships across channels, products, and capabilities.  Advocate for client needs internally by partnering with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to shape future platform capabilities and improve client outcomes.   Define portfolio priorities and success metrics aligned with team and company objectives, regularly reviewing performance and adjusting strategy as needed.  Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, supporting career development, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.   Balance team resources and portfolio priorities to ensure outstanding client service while maintaining operational excellence and sustainable team capacity.  Collaborate with senior leaders across Client Services, Business Development, Trading, and other functions to solve complex business challenges and drive continuous improvement.   WHO YOU ARE   You are a strategic client leader who excels at building trusted partnerships, developing high-performing teams, and helping clients achieve measurable business outcomes. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy balancing executive client engagement with coaching and developing others.     8+ years of experience in digital advertising, media, adtech, or related client-facing roles, including at least 2 years of people management.  Demonstrated success managing and growing complex agency or advertiser relationships. Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, data-driven marketing, and measurement solutions.   Proven ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with C-level stakeholders. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and aligning internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding client outcomes.   Strong coaching and leadership skills with a passion for developing talent and building high-performing teams.  Commercially minded, with the ability to identify opportunities that drive client success and long-term business gr
