Job Description We are looking for an experienced Lead AI Systems Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise AI platforms across our organisation. In this role, you will own the end-to-end engineering lifecycle of enterprise AI technologies—including Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Microsoft Power Platform, and Workato—ensuring they are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture, security standards, and regulatory requirements. Working at the intersection of Engineering, Security, Architecture, Data, and Business teams, you will help shape our enterprise AI strategy while enabling responsible AI adoption through modern automation and AI technologies. This is an opportunity to influence how AI is deployed across the organisation and deliver solutions that improve productivity, collaboration, and business outcomes. What You'll Do As our Lead AI Systems Engineer, you'll lead the engineering, deployment, and continuous improvement of enterprise AI platforms. You'll design secure and scalable AI solutions, build integrations between enterprise systems, and establish governance standards that support responsible AI adoption. Working closely with Security, Architecture, Legal, Privacy, Data, and Business teams, you'll ensure AI platforms comply with organisational policies and regulatory requirements while delivering measurable business value. You'll also mentor engineers, establish technical standards, evaluate emerging AI technologies, and contribute to the organisation's long-term AI roadmap.
