About This Role We're looking for a dedicated preschool lead teacher to join our faith-based 4-year-old program. Our low student-to-teacher ratio and spacious classrooms provide an ideal learning environment. We're seeking a teacher who is passionate about working with preschool-age children and can create a developmentally age-appropriate learning space using a play-based approach. This position is for the 2026-27 school year. What You'll Do Collaborate effectively with colleagues to create a cohesive learning environment. Develop and modify curriculum and lesson plans to cater to the unique needs of each child. Have an in-depth understanding of the natural growth and development of young children. Establish and enforce a positive behavioral framework to ensure a productive learning environment. Foster strong relationships with students, families, and staff. Requirements Applicant needs to have a commitment to personal growth through ongoing training and education. A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred. Nice to Have Certification in: First aid and CPR Medication Administration, including any relevant training or certifications. Daily Health Screening protocols and procedures.
