Our client — a successful automotive dealer in Ridderminister — is looking for a capable Light Commercial Vehicle Technician to join their established team. Whether you currently work as an LCV Technician, Light Commercial Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Technician, or Commercial Vehicle Technician, this is a strong opportunity to work in a professional environment with steady workflow and clear standards. Salary: £47,000 Plus Bonus Hours: Monday-Friday 12:30pm – 10pm Why you’ll love this role • Join a busy dealership with a consistent flow of LCV work • Clean, well-organised workshop with proper tooling and systems • A role focused on doing the job right — not cutting corners • Supportive team environment where everyone pulls together • Bonus structure on top of a solid basic salary • Long-term stability within a successful automotive business What you’ll be doing (and doing brilliantly) • Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on light commercial vehicles • Diagnosing faults and completing repairs to a high standard • Working efficiently while meeting manufacturer time guidelines • Accurately recording diagnostics, work completed and parts used • Keeping your workspace clean, organised and compliant with health & safety • Liaising professionally with colleagues and customers when required • Maintaining high levels of workmanship and customer satisfaction What we’re looking for • Qualified LCV Technician with IMI or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) • Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience preferred • Strong technical knowledge and a methodical approach to diagnostics • Ability to work independently without supervision • Customer-focused attitude with good communication skills • Full UK driving licence • MOT licence advantageous but not essential Sound like you?
