Join Milpark Education's School of Commerce Milpark Education is expanding its network of subject matter experts to support the development and quality assurance of teaching and learning material across a range of Law modules. We are seeking experienced legal academics and practitioners to contribute as Academic Developers, Assessors, Moderators and Critical Readers on a contract basis. Successful candidates will collaborate with our curriculum and instructional design team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, industry-relevant learning experiences. Application close date: 21 August 2026 Minimum Requirements • Minimum of a Master’s degree in Law • Proven industry experience in Legal practice • Experience in curriculum development, academic writing, assessment design, or training within higher education or professional learning environments • Strong quantitative reasoning skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible learning material • Ability to work collaboratively with an instructional designer and academic team, and meet structured development timelines • Available for contract-based work (remote) We are currently recruiting for the following module areas: • The Law of Delict • Company Law and Procedures • Law in Business Case Study • Family Law • Insolvency Law • Digital Law • International Business Law • Law of Taxation • Law of Succession
