Mission Brief As a Launch Operations Engineer, you’ll join the team in Germany that shapes how our missions come to life. From the moment a campaign is conceived, we are aligning global launch sites, synchronizing teams and defining the operational path that ultimately determines how—and whether—the rocket leaves the ground.   Within the global Launch Operations team, you stand at the core of our mission: transforming complex campaigns into repeatable, scalable and reliable operations over multiple launch sites. Your work creates the structure that enables teams across the world to execute with confidence and precision.   When a campaign moves from planning to execution, you step directly into the field—joining local teams on site, supporting coordination efforts in the company, and operations both inside and outside the control room. In these moments, you are a key part of turning months of preparation into a successful launch day.   Your Role in Our Space Mission :   Support in coordinating and preparing launch and stage acceptance campaigns  end ‑ to ‑ end, ensuring full launch system readiness.  Develop a  deep understanding of our launch system to support operational decisions, even under pressure.
