What We’re Looking For We’re looking for plumbers with residential experience (sales experience is a big plus), a strong customer-first mindset, pride in their work, and the ability to work well on a team. A good attitude and sense of humor are required—this is plumbing, after all. A Texas plumbing license (or the ability to obtain one) is required.
