Position Title: Laser Tracker Operator Location: Auburn Hills Shifts Needed: Day Days | Monday- Friday 6a-4:45p + Saturday 6a-12p Benefits Direct hire position, Referral Bonus Program, Job Development Training, Holiday Schedule, 401k, Flexible Spending Account, Paid Time Off, Health/Dental/Vision Insurance, Pet Insurance, Life/Disability Insurance, ADP Discounts, and MORE. Character of Position As a Laser Tracker Operator , you will be responsible for applying of labor hours to applicable jobs being worked via the Labor Ticket entry process. Responsibilities • Responsible for reading and understanding general job requirements as supplied in the QA job folder by the Lead Inspector • Execution of required Build support or QA function as dictated by the job lineup, TIR and quality plan • Population of the TIR (Tool Inspection Record) or equivalent customer provided document • Initiation of any tool tag as a resulting from the inspection activity (In Process or Non-conformance) • Assist Lead Inspectors, as necessary, with any customer buy-off effort • Responsible for maintaining Laser Tracker equipment utilized to perform job duties • Utilization of the Document and Data control procedure to initiate, maintain and complete all electronic inspection records • Conformance to all applicable QMS procedures and work instructions • Follow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance • Other duties as assigned Skills • Ability to work independently with written and verbal direction • Good problem solving skills • Intermediate use of MS Office programs • Good written and verbal communication skills • Good understanding of GD&T / FT&A • Master blueprint reading skills Experience • Verisurf software • 3 years tooling experience • 3 years QA experience Education • High School Diploma or equivalent Equal Opportunity Employer Visioneering is an equal employment opportunity employer, offering equal employment opportunities to all individuals regardless of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability status, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, marital status and any other characteristic protected by law.
