Laser & Quality Operator Oerlikon Riri, parte del gruppo internazionale Oerlikon e punto di riferimento nel settore del lusso per la produzione di accessori metallici di alta qualità, ricerca una risorsa da inserire come Addetto/a Laser e Controllo Qualità da inserire nella sede di CMH a Campi Bisenzio (FI). La persona selezionata entrerà a far parte del team produttivo ricoprendo un ruolo trasversale tra le attività di marcatura laser e quelle di controllo qualità. Le principali responsabilità saranno: • Gestire le lavorazioni di marcatura e incisione laser sui componenti, utilizzando i file vettoriali predisposti dall'Ufficio Tecnico. • Attrezzare, impostare e condurre gli impianti laser, monitorando il corretto svolgimento del processo produttivo. • Eseguire controlli visivi e dimensionali su prodotti finiti e semilavorati, utilizzando strumenti di misura quali calibro e misuratore ottico (OGP). • Verificare la conformità dei prodotti ai requisiti tecnici, estetici e qualitativi richiesti, segnalando tempestivamente eventuali anomalie o non conformità. • Collaborare con i reparti Produzione, Qualità e Industrializzazione per l'analisi e la risoluzione delle problematiche di processo. • Supportare le attività di selezione e cernita dei prodotti secondo gli standard qualitativi aziendali. • Effettuare le attività ordinarie di pulizia e manutenzione autonoma delle attrezzature assegnate. • Supportare le attività di confezionamento e spedizione della merce, contribuendo alla corretta preparazione degli ordini. Il profilo ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti: • esperienza nell'utilizzo di impianti per la marcatura laser e in attività di controllo qualità, preferibilmente in contesti produttivi nel settore meccanico di precisione o in accessori moda; • buona manualità, precisione e attenzione ai dettagli; • conoscenza di base degli strumenti di misura; • buona dimestichezza con il PC; • precisione, manualità e attenzione al dettaglio; • capacità di lavorare in team, affidabilità e senso di responsabilità; • orientamento alla qualità e al miglioramento continuo. Offriamo: • contratto a tempo determinato con scopo assunzione a tempo indeterminato, full time, CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria; • retribuzione annua lorda (RAL) compresa tra €25.000 e €30.000, commisurata alle competenze e all'esperienza maturata.
