Description
Shift: Monday through Thursday 2:30 PM to 12:30 AM 3 Day Weekends (off Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) Medical and Dental premiums are paid 100%. This includes dependants. Essential Functions Statements • Ability to setup and operate CNC laser machine • Knowledge and hands-on operation of CNC laser for metal fabrication including program retrieval, proper gases, proper nozzles, lenses, etc. • Knowledge and understanding of metal fabrication process and concepts. • Provide routine preventative maintenance and minor repairs to CNC laser machine. • Setup metal fabrication machinery and other production necessities to produce "0 defect" parts. • Check accuracy of work using blueprints and precision measuring tools. • Accurately complete work orders with correct quantities of good and defective parts. • Work a regular schedule determined by supervisory management • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory personnel. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS & ABILITIES Education: • High School Degree or equivalent and/or related experience required. Experience: • Ability to use Direct read measuring devices required. • Ability to properly document paperwork. • Previous experience in manufacturing engineering, fabrication management and/or operations of low and mid-sized volume metal fabrication preferred. • Ability to operate a forklift and obtain certification. • Ability to work in a team environment and/or independently.
