Position Overview Greenlife Gardens is seeking a Landscape Install Crew Member to support installation crews in completing residential and commercial landscape projects safely, efficiently, and to Greenlife Gardens’ quality standards. This is a hands-on position focused on performing installation work, following direction from the Install Foreman and Assistant Foreman, and contributing to a productive and professional jobsite. Key Responsibilities • Perform landscape installation work including hardscape, softscape, grading, drainage, and related scope • Follow daily work plans and direction provided by the Install Foreman and Assistant Foreman • Assist   with jobsite setup, cleanup, and material handling • Maintain quality standards and proper installation techniques • Work efficiently to help projects stay on schedule and within budgeted hours • Communicate jobsite issues or concerns to the Foreman or Assistant Foreman • Operate tools and equipment safely and properly • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite • Care for company tools, vehicles, and equipment • Support other crew members as needed to complete project objectives Qualifications • Previous   landscape or construction experience preferred but not   required • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team • Strong work ethic and positive attitude • Ability to work outdoors in   varying   weather conditions • Ability to   lift up   to 50 pounds and perform physical labor • Dependable attendance and punctuality • Valid driver’s license preferred Preferred Experience • Experience with hardscape or landscape installation • Experience using hand tools and small equipment • Interest in developing skills and advancing within the company Compensation and Benefits • Competitive pay based on experience • Bonus potential based on performance • Health/Dental/Vision insurance options • 401(k) with company match • Paid time off and paid holidays • Advancement opportunities within a growing organization Why Greenlife Gardens Greenlife Gardens is committed to quality work, team development, and long-term growth.
