Green View has been the trusted landscaping partner for Central Illinois for 70+ years, with locations in Bloomington, Champaign, Peoria, and Springfield. We're hiring a Foreman to lead crews on landscape installation jobs grading, patios, walls, and plantings on homes and businesses. What you'll do: • Lead your crew on installs: grading, excavation, pavers, retaining walls, and plantings • Read blueprints and plan out materials, equipment, and project phases • Run heavy equipment skid steers, dingo, excavators, paver vacuums, saws • Talk with clients on-site and adjust plans in the field as needed • Make sure your crew has what they need to get the job done • Train new team members and set the tone for a safe, productive job site • Solve problems in the field to keep projects on track • Track materials, paperwork, and schedules What you need: • At least 3 years in landscape installation pavers, retaining walls, grading, plantings • Strong leadership skills, comfortable teaching others while staying hands-on • Class C license (or willing to get one); CDL a plus • Confident reading blueprints and planning site layout • Sharp eye for detail and clean, professional work • Strong communication with your team, clients, and consultants • Organized able to manage tools, paperwork, materials, schedules • Dependable, proactive problem-solver • Able to lift 80 lbs and work outside in all weather What you get: • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off and holidays • Employee discount at the Garden Center • Professional development and training • Discounted phone plans for you and family • Structured onboarding, whether you're experienced or new to the industry Green View is an equal opportunity employer.
