Position: We are currently looking to hire a Landscape Construction Crew Member . The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge and skills in landscape construction from hardscaping, patios, walkways and retaining walls. They will have the willingness to learn and grow in their role, must be able to follow directions and enjoy the process of landscape construction projects coming together. Role Requirements: • 1 year Landscape Construction experience • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work as a team and/or independently • Be well organized and punctual • An eye for a very high level to detail • Great communicator • Willingness to work outdoors in ever changing weather conditions • Experience operation skid steers & mini-excavators is an asset • Ability to perform physical work (lifting, bending, kneeling) , and able to lift 30 - 50 lbs. • Clean Drivers Abstract and Valid G license  ( AZ or ARZ is an asset) • Stone Experience preferred What We Offer: • Competitive wages • Work hours: 44-50 hrs./week (Mon-Fri; typically no weekend work) • Paid overtime hours (after 44 hrs./week) • Company events and a strong team culture • Health Benefits and c lothing and boot allowance • Education & leadership training Apply Now If you enjoy hands-on work, learning skilled trades, and being part of a professional crew building exceptional landscapes, we’d love to hear from you.
