Requirements • Valid Chauffeur’s license with acceptable driving record and DOT medical card • Pesticide Applicator License required (3A, 3B & 6) • Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and trucks with trailers • Trainable and coachable with the ability to learn new concepts quickly • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions • Availability to be on call 24/7 during the winter season months • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position • Dependable, punctual, and reliable • Strong sense of accountability to both self and team • Takes ownership and pride in their work • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset — someone others enjoy working with Brilar is an equal opportunity, E-Verify employer, and a drug-free workplace
