The role is responsible for managing and ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant land transport of Lubes and LPG products. This includes overseeing vehicle and hauler accreditation, planning and monitoring preventive maintenance, supervising repair works, managing hauling contracts, ensuring timely deliveries, and implementing safety and emergency response protocols. The role also ensures all documentation and transport operations align with company standards and government regulations. What will YOU do? • Ensure on-time, safe, and efficient delivery of Lubes and LPG products by monitoring trip schedules, load dispatch, and route planning in alignment with company KPIs • Handle the accreditation of haulers and delivery vehicles, ensuring all transport partners meet regulatory and company standards for safety, equipment, and driver qualifications • Ensure minimal downtime and extending vehicle lifespan • Review maintenance and repair reports, validate vehicle performance data, and coordinate prompt resolution of mechanical issues • Ensure daily maintenance tasks are performed according to standards and timelines • Evaluate and manage hauler performance and hauling agreements, tracking service levels, cost efficiency, and contract compliance to support seamless logistics operations • Develop and implement Emergency Response Procedures for road incidents involving Lubes and LPG transport, in collaboration with Safety, Security, and Legal teams • Review and vet all requests for parts and supplies for Transport-assigned vehicles prior to Terminal Head approval, ensuring necessity, quality, and cost-efficiency • Perform regular safety and compliance audits on Mandaluyong-based haulers and fleet units, maintaining adherence to SEAOIL's HSE standards and regulatory requirements • Maintain, update, and archive critical transport-related documentation, such as maintenance logs, delivery reports, accreditation records, and audit files, ensuring accessibility and regulatory readiness What will YOU need? • At least 8 years of relevant employment experience, with at least 1 year of people management experience
