This role is ideal for a professional with extensive expertise in land acquisition, due diligence, regulatory compliance, stakeholder management, and negotiations within the real estate or infrastructure sector. As a Land Acquisition Manager, you will identify suitable land opportunities, manage acquisition processes, coordinate with government authorities and internal stakeholders, and ensure legal and regulatory compliance throughout the transaction lifecycle. You will play a critical role in supporting business expansion by securing high-potential land parcels while minimizing legal and commercial risks.
