Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Ladies Day Hab Coordinator to lead our Day Habilitation program for women. This position is vital in providing a positive, engaging, and supportive environment where participants can develop skills, socialize, and enjoy community activities. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and oversee daily programs and activities tailored to the interests and needs of female participants. Foster an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere that promotes personal growth, independence, and socialization among participants. Collaborate with staff to create individual service plans (ISPs) that address the goals and preferences of each participant. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of programs, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal participation and engagement. Coordinate transportation and outings, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants. Assist in training and supervising staff members, ensuring a high standard of care and support. Maintain accurate documentation and records related to program activities and participant progress. Requirements Experience in program coordination, especially within Day Habilitation or similar settings, is preferred. Strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by women with developmental disabilities. Excellent leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage programs and staff. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with participants, families, and community partners.
