We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Laboratory Manager to lead our laboratory team. This role ensures the efficient operation of daily activities while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily laboratory operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely results. • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. • Supervise laboratory staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management. • Manage inventory of supplies and maintain laboratory equipment. • Promote continuous quality improvement initiatives within the laboratory. Requirements • Degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences. • Valid KMLTTB practicing license. • Previous laboratory management experience. • Strong leadership and organizational skills. • Knowledge of quality management systems.
