DESCRIPTION: Position: Laboratory Account Manager Reports to: Sales Manager  - ltaly Location: Lazio e Umbria Province: Roma, Rieti, Frosinone, Viterbo, Latina, Perugia e Terni Group/Division Summary: SDG/IDD Italy Position Summary: The candidate is part of the Italian IDD commercial organization, leading the transformation of divisional strategy into regionally effective operational project’s and achieving growth objectives by implementing plans to increase market share both in Allergy and Autoimmunity. Responsibilities: • Achieve revenue targets, growing by acquisition of new customers and expansion of the existing ones. • Support the commercial organization to define and execute strategy across Allergy and Autoimmunity segments-provide assessment and analytics for insight and information to make decisions about products roadmap, content strategy, execution focus, etc. • Accurately forecast and consistently report on promotion activities and leads generation. • Ensure and deliver customer value/satisfaction by customer’s expectations alignment. • Build and maintain relationship with KOLs, decision makers and payers. • Identify stakeholders and builds network and relationship. • Operate through the Business Operations model: SFDC, PSS, CAS, PPI. • Collaborate across global teams in a matrix organization, and coordinate projects. Qualifications: • Bachelor of Science qualification • Strong knowledge of the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) market and at least five years of sales experience within public and private hospital laboratories. • Knowledge of public procurement and tender procedures. • Experience in operating in a matrix organization where sales dynamics are an essential part of the success model. • Familiarity with clinical and economic outcome data, reimbursement and managed care policies and procedures. • Proven track record in interaction with customers. • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time and possession of a valid Category B driving licence. • Customer-focused with excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Effective in sales planning, territory management, and prioritization. • Collaborative team player with the ability to work successfully in a cross-functional, matrix environment. • Native-level proficiency in Italian and a good command of English (preferred).
