This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others develop their skills, facilitating engaging learning experiences, and contributing to a culture of continuous growth and development. The successful candidate will coordinate and deliver onboarding and induction programmes, organise and evaluate training initiatives, support the identification of learning needs, assist with the development of annual training plans, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to create impactful learning materials and resources. Responsibilities will also include maintaining training records and metrics, supporting performance and talent development initiatives, and coordinating with external training providers and professional development partners. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a learning and development, talent, recruitment, or HR-related role and possess excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills. They should be capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate a genuine interest in employee development, and be confident facilitating training sessions and engaging with stakeholders at all levels. A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field will be considered an asset. Fluency in English is required, while additional language skills would be advantageous. In return, the organisation offers a supportive and collaborative work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, flexible working arrangements, health and wellbeing benefits, sponsorship of professional qualifications and training, employee discounts, and a strong commitment to employee engagement and career progression.
