­­ Position: Engineering Support Engineer (Vehicle Systems) Working Location: Hanoi Contact to : Phan Thuy Trang ([email protected]) Job Descriptions: • Manage engineering data in PLM systems (Teamcenter) including part structures, revisions, BOMs, and change status and Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, and suppliers to maintain up-to-date part information • Raise and track PR / PO for prototype, pilot, and validation parts • Follow up on part ordering, delivery status, and shortages • Support build activities (prototype / pilot vehicles) by ensuring right parts at right time • Perform BOM checks, drawing verification, and interface coordination • Assist engineers in packaging checks, fitment reviews, and issue tracking • Understand vehicle systems and components (Interior, Exterior, BIW, Chassis, Powertrain, HVAC, etc.) • Support issue analysis related to fit, function, quality, and assembly • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to close technical issues • Act as a bridge between engineering, purchasing, suppliers, and manufacturing • Communicate effectively in Vietnamese (local suppliers & plant) and English (global teams) • Prepare basic reports, part status trackers, and meeting follow-ups. Job Requirements: • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Automotive / Industrial Engineering • Working knowledge of PLM systems (Teamcenter preferred) • Experience with PR / PO process and parts ordering • CAD experience (CATIA / Creo / SolidWorks or similar) • Basic understanding of vehicle components and automotive engineering workflow • Familiar with BOM, drawings, and engineering changes • Experience in automotive OEM or Tier-1 environment preferred • Experience supporting prototype / pilot builds is a plus Benefit: • Good salary (includes base salary, additional salary, meal allowance, etc.) • 13th month salary + Incentive/performance bonus • Salary review twice a year • Lunch monthly support • Mon–Fri & alternative Saturday working schedule with 44 hours/week. • 12 annual leave days plus 1 birthday leave • Health care insurance • Training & career development program • Oversea working opportunities • Have opportunity to work in Electric vehicle development project and testing with system/vehicle integration level. • Working in international environment with experts around the world • Opportunities for career advancement to Team Leader, Group Leader, and Manager positions • Monthly budget for team activities, etc.
