The recent redevelopment of the kitchen, playground, ICT suit and additional D&T classrooms has equipped the school to deliver an outstanding learning environment for all pupils. Outdoor areas have also been renovated to enhance learning by building a science investigation area. The school’s strong and persistent leadership team effectively respond to pupil’s and teacher’s needs. The leadership team have a clear agenda as to how to improve teaching methods and raise pupil achievement. The school have recently implemented exciting new initiatives and programmes to support teacher progression. Teachers are provided with good support from senior leaders and well-received professional development programmes. The role would suit an NQT or experienced teacher who has excellent subject knowledge and is able to provide interesting and exciting work for children to engage in. We are looking for a Class Teacher who is able to build a strong, collaborative relationship with pupils and colleagues. We are seeking an individual who is able to make a strong impact on pupils’ attitudes and positively influence pupil’s motivations and willingness to learn.
