About the role: Justteachers are working in partnership with a welcoming Primary school in Spalding who are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed KS1 Teacher for a full time role starting in September. This school prides itself on creating a positive learning environment where children feel supported, valued, and encouraged to achieve their best. Staff work collaboratively to provide engaging learning opportunities and help pupils develop confidence both academically and socially. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver high quality lessons across the KS1 curriculum • Support pupils in developing strong foundations in literacy and numeracy • Foster a positive classroom culture where children feel motivated to learn • Use assessment to identify next steps and support individual progress • Deliver effective phonics sessions to support reading development • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues • Contribute to the wider life of the school and year group team Pre-requisites: • Qualified Teacher Status or an equivalent teaching qualification • Previous experience teaching within Key Stage 1 • A good understanding of phonics and early reading strategies • The ability to deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners • Strong classroom management and organisational skills • A positive and proactive approach to teaching • Two recent education based references Please apply below if you are interested.
