KS1 Teacher Newstaff Employment Services is looking to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join our team, providing high-quality education to children in Key Stage 1. The successful candidate will have a passion for early years education and the ability to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment. As a KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons that meet the curriculum requirements, promoting the development of literacy, numeracy, and social skills among young learners. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum. Create a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere that supports children's learning and development. Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support to encourage growth. Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all students. Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support the students' overall development. Requirements Candidate Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience teaching KS1 children is highly desirable. Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and early years education. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suitable for young learners and their families. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
