This role requires a process-oriented mindset, deep understanding of service and business workflows, and the ability to translate operational needs into effective IT solutions rather than focusing solely on programming languages. Korean bilingual proficiency is required to effectively communicate with Korean-speaking stakeholders, support cross-functional collaboration, and ensure accurate understanding of business and operational requirements. Responsibilities: IT Strategy & Planning Develop and execute IT plans aligned with business objectives and operational priorities Lead IT planning activities including system roadmap, budget planning, and technology adoption strategy Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams AI / RPA Implementation Identify opportunities for AI and RPA to improve service processes and operational efficiency Lead or manage the design, development, and deployment of AI/RPA solutions Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on AI/RPA initiatives System Development & Integration Manage system development and integration projects, including ERP, internal platforms, and third-party systems Ensure stable operation and scalability of integrated systems Oversee system testing, deployment, and post implementation support Information Security Establish and maintain information security policies, controls, and compliance practices Manage access control, data protection, and security risk assessments Coordinate with internal audit, legal, and compliance teams as needed Operational Support & Governance Support IT operations with a strong understanding of service workflows and business processes Manage IT vendors, contracts, and service performance Develop and maintain IT documentation, standards, and procedures Education / Experience: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Scie
