What are my responsibilities? • Planung, Terminüberwachung und Koordination von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungs-maßnahmen am Standort • Planerische Verantwortung für die administrativen Aufgaben von Instandhaltung und Technologen zur Umsetzung der Maßnahmen in Abstimmung mit der Instandset-zungsleitung • Durchführung und Abwicklung von Bestellungen für den gesamten Instandhaltungs- und Technologiebereich • Abstimmung mit externen Lieferanten und Dienstleistern sowie Sicherstellung termin-gerechter Lieferung inkl. Angebotseinholung, Preisverhandlung und Vergabe. • Verantwortlich für Werkzeugverwaltung und dem Aufbau und der Pflege eines Ersatz-teilmanagements • Pflege und Aktualisierung von SAP-Daten sowie Stammdatenmanagement (insbeson-dere in Maintain X, Coupa o.ä. Systemen) • Mitwirkung bei der Erarbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Kennzahlen im Instandhal-tungs- und Technologenbereich • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen und Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen u.a.
