Job summary As a Know Your Customer (KYC) Analyst in Client Onboarding and Know Your Customer, you will perform Know Your Customer reviews and documentation analysis to support customer renewals, remediation, and amendments while applying applicable regulatory and internal requirements. You will maintain accurate client records, progress cases to approval, and partner with stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver results within required timelines. Job responsibilities • Perform Know Your Customer reviews and analyze client documentation to support renewals, remediation, and amendments for existing customers • Identify and apply relevant regulatory requirements across applicable jurisdictions and internal procedures • Execute anti-money laundering and Know Your Customer policies and internal procedures in line with local and global standards • Complete reference data setup and maintenance activities to support client onboarding and lifecycle events • Respond to business inquiries and advise stakeholders on onboarding requirements, status, and outstanding items • Conduct quality control checks to help ensure client records are complete, accurate, and compliant with applicable requirements • Maintain and update standard operating procedures to reflect current processes and controls • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Internal Controls, Technology, Client Services, and regional and global onboarding teams to resolve issues and progress cases • Track and follow up on pending documentation by coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders • Support special projects and process improvement initiatives, as required Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university degree • Advanced verbal and written English proficiency, with the ability to communicate formally in English on a daily basis • 2 years of relevant professional experience • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines • Strong adaptability to change and comfort operating in evolving regulatory and process environments Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills • Experience performing Know Your Customer reviews for renewals, remediation, or account maintenance • Familiarity with anti-money laundering and Know Your Customer policies, procedures, and documentation standards • Experience partnering effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance, Internal Controls, Technology, and Client Services • Strong attention to detail with a consistent focus on control and data quality
