Position Overview ZURU Edge — our high-growth Consumer Goods division — is rapidly expanding across Baby Care, Beauty Care, Confectionery and Pet Care in Mexico, and we are looking for an exceptional Key Account Manager to help lead that growth. As KAM, you will be at the forefront of ZURU Edge's commercial expansion in Mexico, owning the business strategy and execution across our full portfolio. You will manage our most important retail partners — with Walmart as the anchor account — alongside Sam's Club, Chedraui, Costco, Soriana, and a network of national distributors. With full accountability for your P&L, you will develop and execute high-impact strategies that maximise sales, profitability and market share in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The core areas you will be responsible for are: - Owning the commercial P&L across Walmart and Mexico's top modern trade retailers - Negotiating and executing Joint Business Plans with retail and distributor partners - Driving in-store and online execution across four high-growth FMCG categories Roles & Responsibilities - Lead and own the full commercial relationship with key retailers and national distributor partners across all ZURU Edge categories. - Drive and exceed key sales targets, P&L metrics and growth KPIs across your account portfolio. - Develop and execute customer strategic plans for each account, identifying opportunities to grow distribution, shelf presence and promotional effectiveness. - Negotiate and deliver Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that align ZURU Edge and customer objectives, driving win-win outcomes. - Manage the full sales cycle: forecasting, order management, promotional planning, trade investment optimisation and post-evaluation. - Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, trade marketing, supply chain and finance teams to ensure flawless execution across all touchpoints. - Analyse market data, sell-out performance and shopper insights to identify risks and opportunities, and turn them into actionable commercial plans. - Develop and manage relationships with Mexico-based distributors, ensuring alignment on brand strategy, execution standards and commercial terms. - Maximise in-store and online execution — securing share of shelf, feature placements and digital visibility across all accounts and channels. - Contribute to building a high-performance commercial culture focused on execution, ownership and continuous improvement. Skills & Experience - 3–5 years' experience in Key Account Management, Sales or a similar commercial role. - Experience managing major Mexican modern trade retailers (Walmart, Sam's Club, Chedraui, Soriana) strongly preferred; FMCG / Consumer Goods experience a plus. - Bachelor's degree required (Business, Marketing or related field preferred). - Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential. - Strong commercial acumen: P&L ownership min
