Description
Key Accounting: You support the key accounting function in executing sales strategies and in day-to-day customer support. You help generate new leads, win customers, expand existing customer relationships, and grow cooperations with DMS providers. Research: You conduct customer research and market analyses. Data Management & CRM: You maintain our Customer Relationship Management system and support cross-border information flows within sales. Communication: You communicate courteously, solution-oriented, and in an uncomplicated manner — both internally and with customers. Initiative & Ideas: You actively contribute your ideas and thereby play a key role in shaping the company's success. DMS partnership management: You identify, approach and onboard relevant DMS providers, manage the technical and commercial integration process and act as the primary point of contact throughout the partnership lifecycle. Negotiation & contracts: You prepare offers, negotiate terms, and support contract closing in coordination with management and legal. Cross-functional collaboration: You work closely with Product, Marketing, and Technical/Integration teams to ensure DMS integrations and customer requirements are delivered smoothly. Reporting & forecasting: You track pipeline, account performance, and partnership KPIs and report regularly on progress against sales targets. Trade shows & events: You represent the company at industry events, fairs, and customer meetings to build the network and generate leads. Product feedback loop: You gather customer and partner feedback and channel it back into the organization to help shape product and service development. Onboarding & enablement: You support new customers and partners during onboarding and ensure they can use the product effectively. Travel: Willingness to travel for customer and partner visits (national/international). Work style: A persistent, structured and efficient way of working comes as naturally to you as taking ownership of your responsibilities. Interest in data management: You are comfortable handling large volumes of data and working with data processing tools. Enjoyment of communication: You approach conversations professionally and have no hesitation when it comes to personal contact. Interest in sales: You have at least 3 years of sales experience, which you now want to build on in a meaningful way. Motivation and initiative: You bring the drive and willingness to actively contribute and grow within a dynamic and expanding environment. Language: You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills. Mindset: You work in a solution-oriented, straightforward and customer-focused manner. Teamwork: You are a team player with a sociable personality and a strong sense of empathy. Technical understanding and AI experience are a plus.
