We are looking for a Key Account Executive - Border Trade to join our new sales team in Sweden. This role is focused on developing Capri-Sun's business within the Swedish Border Trade channel, working closely with key retailers located along the Norwegian border. Border Trade is a unique and strategically important channel, and we are particularly interested in candidates who understand its dynamics, customers and retail landscape. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • Support the growth of Capri-Sun in Sweden by strengthening existing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities in the border trade channel • Manage and develop relationships with selected border trade retailers (e.g. Gottebiten, MaxiMat) • Contribute to achieving sales, profit, distribution and promotional targets for your customer portfolio • Improve in-store visibility by identifying distribution and shelf-space opportunities, securing promotional placements and supporting excellent execution at store level • Plan, coordinate and follow up on promotional activities, including monitoring sales uplift and supporting profitability tracking • Monitor market developments, pricing, competition and promotional activities to identify growth opportunities • Provide forecasts and regular reporting, highlighting opportunities and potential risks • Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, Customer Service and Supply Planning to ensure alignment on pricing, promotions and product availability What Success Looks Like • Achievement of agreed sales, revenue, profitability and distribution targets • Strong in-store execution, including distribution, shelf visibility and promotional effectiveness • Efficient use of trade investments and continuous improvement of ROI • Accurate forecasting and proactive business planning YOUR PROFILE • 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management or commercial roles, ideally within FMCG, food or beverages • Experience working with Border Trade customers, retailers or commercial activities is highly preferred • Knowledge of the Swedish Border Trade market and its key retail customers is considered a strong advantage • Good commercial understanding of pricing, promotions, customer planning and sales reporting • Structured, reliable and motivated to learn and grow • Interest in customer development and channel growth • Collaborative working style with the ability to build relationships internally and externally • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal • Ability to prioritise effectively and remain focused in a dynamic environment • Comfortable taking ownership while working as part of a team • Willingness to travel within Sweden • Business-fluent English and Swedish WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT • Competitive salary • Country compliant benefits package • Participate in group leadership and learning programmes • Regular and systematically tracked performance reviews and feedback rounds • A commitment to our sustainability: our ambition is to be the most sustainable kids drink in the world • Working for the biggest kids drink brand worldwide, being available in 120 markets • A fast paced company, with an excellent leadership team and high growth ambitions • Flat hierarchies and lots of opportunity to take leadership • A fast recruitment process with maximum three rounds of interviews
