Position Purpose The Key Account Executive is responsible for supporting the management and growth of assigned retail accounts by ensuring efficient execution of commercial activities, sales administration, inventory management, and customer relationship management. The role works closely with internal stakeholders and retail partners to drive sales performance, ensure product availability, and support the successful execution of business plans and promotional activities. Key Responsibilities Sales Performance & Account Support Support the achievement of sales targets across assigned retail accounts and channels. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and prepare sales reports for management review. Track sales trends, identify gaps against targets, and highlight risks or opportunities to the Key Account Manager. Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, business reviews, and account performance reports. Support the execution of sales initiatives, campaigns, and promotional activities. Key Account Management Build and maintain positive working relationships with retail buyers, store personnel, and business partners. Serve as a day-to-day contact for operational matters relating to assigned accounts. Coordinate with customers on orders, deliveries, product launches, promotions, and operational requirements. Support account meetings and business reviews by preparing reports, sales analyses, and presentation materials. Ensure timely communication and follow-up on customer requests and enquiries. Inventory & Order Management Monitor stock availability and inventory levels across assigned retail accounts. Coordinate order processing, replenishment planning, and stock allocation with Supply Chain and Operations teams. Track sell-through performance and identify potential stock shortages or overstock situations. Support inventory planning activities during product launches, promotions, and peak sales periods.
