  Kennel Attendant (Part-Time or Full-Time) Pay: $15.00–$18.00/hour Hours: 20–40 per week Location: Boughton Square Animal Clinic – Bolingbrook, IL Boughton Square Animal Clinic is looking for a caring, dependable Kennel Attendant to join our team! This position involves caring for boarding pets and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Morning and evening shifts are available depending on scheduling needs. Key Responsibilities: Walk, feed, and care for dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments Provide one-on-one play sessions with pets (or with siblings together) Clean kennels, litter boxes, play areas, and common spaces Handle laundry, dishes, trash, and general upkeep Follow safety and cleaning protocols; assist with tasks as needed What We’re Looking For: Animal care experience preferred, but not required Comfortable handling pets of all sizes Reliable, attentive, and able to follow detailed instructions Team player with strong communication skills Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Perks & Benefits: Veterinary service discounts Paid time off Flexible scheduling On-the-job training Supportive, team-oriented work environment Schedule Options: 8–10 hour shifts Day, evening, and weekend availability Requirements: Willingness to complete a background and drug screening 1+ year of kennel experience preferred Availability for day and/or evening shifts
