Who Are We? Brooke Charter Schools is a network of four public charter schools, serving grades K-12 in Mattapan, Roslindale, and East Boston. As a school culture aide at Brooke Roslindale, you will hold students to high expectations by leading large groups in a fun and safe manner. This role may include monitoring bus rides to and from school, lunch, snacks, recess, and other duties as needed. This is a temporary position running from August through November . Compensation ranges from $21.00/hour to $28.00/hour commensurate with experience Is This You? You’ve earned a high school diploma or GED  After prior experience working with students, you are able to lead large groups in a fun and safe manner You believe that great teaching closes the achievement gap and have an unwavering belief in your students’ capabilities You are professional, warm, and collaborative with students, families, and colleagues Spanish or Haitian Creole fluency preferred You are able to start immediately The community and students we serve are diverse, and we are committed to reflecting that diversity in our staff.
