As a Junior UX Designer, you'll translate what users want, need, and expect into imaginative, high-impact experiences across responsive websites, mobile apps, and end-to-end customer journeys. How you'll contribute to our success: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design end-to-end experiences using participatory and iterative methods, including observational studies, customer interviews, usability testing, and other qualitative and quantitative research. Help define the customer experience by creating concepts, principles, and guidelines that translate into meaningful user interfaces and interactions. Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, user journeys, and high-fidelity mockups optimized for a broad range of devices and channels. Assess the usability and accessibility of existing and in-progress interfaces through heuristic evaluations and ergonomic audits. Communicate ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders and clients using storytelling, sketches, and rapid prototyping. Work closely with development and business teams to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, and to ensure feasible, high-quality solutions. Design, organize, and facilitate innovation workshops for clients and internal teams grounded in Design Thinking practices. Contribute to the digital upskilling of our people by shaping and delivering UX-focused training and by actively nurturing a strong innovation and design community. Your skills: Demonstrate good knowledge of user experience, service design and interaction design approach principles Show the ability to connect user need definition with concrete business objectives and translate into functional and creative solutions Practical experience in creating interfaces and prototypes through a user-centered approach Ability to conduct user experience research Have experience with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator… Have a strong orientation towards team working, collaboration and support from colleagues Be fluent in English and French Excellent attention to detail Knowledge in digital accessibility (WCAG, RGAA, RAWeb, etc.) is a plus.
