The Role Are you someone who thrives on connecting with customers and solving problems together? Join Lucanet's Technical Customer Operations team as a Junior Technical Service Engineer, supporting the delivery of seamless implementation experiences for our growing international customer base. You'll work with new customers navigating their transition to Lucanet, alongside a collaborative team that's invested in your growth. What you'll do Customer onboarding : Execute technical onboarding processes for new customers, ensuring smooth ERP integration, ETL processes, data transformations, and ongoing technical support of Lucanet solutions. Implementation and administration : Install, configure, and manage Lucanet software components, interfaces, and SQL databases, working with your team to ensure successful handover and customer acceptance. Consulting and relationship management: Serve as a technical point of contact regarding Lucanet implementations and system integrations. Conduct customer-facing video calls to troubleshoot issues and guide customers through setup. Technical troubleshooting and resolution: Identify, analyze, and solve technical issues by examining logs, researching solutions using internal resources and AI tools, and collaborating with colleagues and customers to ensure efficient outcomes. Process optimization: Contribute to improving onboarding and technical integration processes based on your experience, creating documentation and best practices for teammates. Migration support: Support on-premise to cloud platform migrations, helping customers transition to the Lucanet platform What you bring to the table Experience in technical support, implementation support, or a comparable technical role. First or second-level support experience is valuable. Basic SQL knowledge: ability to read queries, navigate database tables, and write simple queries. Familiarity with ERP systems, Windows Server environments, and basic networking concepts including ports and database connections. Comfort with customer-facing work and direct engagement with technical stakeholders. Openness to AI tools and willingness to use them as part of your problem-solving toolkit. Ability to work independently using documentation, internal resources, and AI tools to research and solve problems. University degree in Computer Science, IT, Networks, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. Clear and professional customer communication skills in German and English.
