We are looking for a ( Junior)  Technical Account Manager (f/m/d).   You have  0-1+ years of experience (or internships)  in a technical client or partner-facing role -  interest or initial exposure to  digital advertising technology is a major advantage  You have excellent  organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively   You are a results-oriented problem solver, with a pragmatic approach and a high level of attention to detail  You have excellent communication skills - particularly when explaining  technical concepts clearly   You are tech-savvy, with a  strong curiosity  and passion for understanding technical products and systems  You are analytical and enjoy digging into data with your tool of choice e.g. Tableau, Excel, Google sheets  Basic familiarity or a desire to learn  Python, databases, web technologies and API’s will be a distinct advantage  You are a team player and enjoy working with a lot of different people while being independent and reliable  Fluent in English; German or another European language is an advantage Support the maintenance of  our existing integrations and provide  first-level  technical guidance and support to our partners  Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues, working closely with our Engineers and ensuring that relevant stakeholders are kept up-to-date  Set up and manage monitors, dashboards and reports to drive efficiency and proactively identify issues  Assist partners in building  automated processes for reporting, data activation and data transfer  Analyse and optimise integrations, identifying improvements and  collaborating with senior team members to  manage updates with stakeholders  Maintain technical documentation and specifications for integrations with adsquare’s platform  Support  the billing process, consolidating reports, analysing and resolving any discrepancies  Work closely with our Data and Platform Partnerships teams to execute our integration roadmap  Hybrid work model + remote work from anywhere worldwide up to 3 months/year Individual yearly learning budget of 1,200€ 30 vacation days per year Urban Sports Club membership Company pension scheme Regular team and company events Latest hardware and all tools you need to thrive 40,000 - 50,000 € Our hiring process is transparent, focused, and respectful of your time:
