Right now, Talent Acquisition is a big focus for us, and we're looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us in Milan and support that growth across multiple European markets. You'd be working alongside a young, dynamic team that moves fast, hands you real responsibility early on, and gives you international exposure. The role The Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist will cover scouting, sourcing, and interview support activities across international markets. This role will work across all departments within the company, liaising mainly with our Senior members as it reports into the Talent Acquisition Lead. The main responsibilities are: Conducting proactive candidate scouting and sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, and talent databases Supporting interview scheduling and coordination for open roles Creating and maintain recruitment pipelines and reporting for the Senior TA Specialist Conducting initial candidate outreach and screening conversations Collaborating with the wider TA team on search strategy and role requirements Supporting with ad hoc reporting, presentations and internal meetings
