11765SJR £35k – 40k per year + Bonus Junior Service Delivery Manager Milton Keynes – Hybrid £35,000 – £40,000 *Managed Services *Career Progression We’re looking for an ambitious Service Delivery Administrator or Junior Service Delivery Manager with experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment to join a growing Client Success team You’ll support a portfolio of customers, ensuring excellent service delivery by coordinating technical teams, monitoring SLAs, managing service reviews, producing insightful reports, and building strong client relationships We’re looking for someone with: • Experience in a Managed Services environment • A background in Service Delivery Administration or Junior SDM • Hands-on experience using an ITIL/ITSM tool (ServiceNow, Halo, ConnectWise, etc) • Knowledge of incident, problem and change management • Excellent communication, organisation and reporting skills • Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career with a leading technology provider, gaining exposure to enterprise clients, cloud services and a clear development path into a fully-fledged Service Delivery Manager role Due to the volume of applications received for positions, it will not be possible to respond to all applications and only applicants who are considered suitable for interview will be contacted.
