Role Overview The Junior Sales Associate will be responsible for managing inbound leads and initiating first-level sales engagement for  Lexlegis.ai’s AI-powered legal research and drafting platform. The role focuses on  qualifying prospects and converting inbound interest into scheduled product demonstrations  for the senior sales team. Candidates will primarily interact with  lawyers, legal counsels, chartered accountants, and tax consultants , introducing them to the platform and positioning it as a productivity and research enhancement tool. Key Responsibilities • Inbound Lead Management: Contact and engage with leads received through website inquiries, campaigns, events, and digital channels. • Prospect Qualification: Understand the prospect’s profession, requirements, and current workflow in legal research, compliance, or tax advisory. • Product Positioning: Clearly articulate the value proposition of Lexlegis.ai and how it assists professionals with legal research, drafting, and case-law analysis. • Demo Scheduling: Convert qualified prospects into scheduled  product demonstrations  with the senior sales or product specialists. • CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and lead status in the company CRM. • Follow-ups: Conduct structured follow-ups with prospects to ensure demo confirmations and continued engagement. • Market Feedback: Provide insights from customer conversations regarding feature requests, objections, and market trends. • Post Sales Support Target Customer Segments • Practicing Lawyers • In-house Legal Counsels • Chartered Accountants • Tax Consultants • Compliance Professionals Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in  commerce, Business Administration, Law, or related fields. • 0–2 years of experience  in inside sales, lead qualification, or tele-sales (freshers with strong communication skills may apply). • Excellent  verbal communication and persuasion skills . • Comfort in speaking with  legal and financial professionals . • Basic familiarity with  CRM tools and sales processes . • Strong follow-up discipline and organizational skills. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Number of  qualified leads contacted per day • Demo meetings scheduled  per week/month • Lead-to-demo  conversion rate • CRM data accuracy and follow-up compliance Ideal Candidate Profile • Confident communicator comfortable with professional conversations • Strong interest in  legal technology and AI-driven platforms • Self-driven with a structured approach to lead engagement and follow-ups
