Your Tasks You Are the Captain Here • Active Sourcing and Recruiting: You identify talents on various platforms and approach them directly. In doing so, you will help build our recruiting activities on our own channels (e.g., LinkedIn, social media) from the ground up. • Candidate Journey: You accompany candidates from the first contact to onboarding, ensuring they feel welcome from the very first second. • Communication Interface: You maintain close contact with our specialist departments to understand the requirements for new positions and find the right profiles. • Employer Branding: You bring our spirit to life. Using creative ideas, you transform our lived culture into authentic employer branding – no filters, just real stories straight from the team.
