Description
Random is an experience design studio based in Amsterdam and Paris. We explore how technology can be integrated into the foundations of a space; as part of our physical world, engaging us to explore, play and wonder. We're looking for a Junior Producer to help take projects from concept to physical reality for one of our key accounts. You'll work closely with creatives, designers, and external fabrication partners to plan, budget, schedule, and deliver experiential projects on time, on budget, and to an exceptional level of quality. This is a hands-on role in a fast paced environment and is suited to someone who wants to deepen their craft of experiential retail design management. You should be confident with: • Leading client meetings, ensuring they stay on task and meet stated objectives • Working with clients to clarify requirements and manage expectations • Developing Scopes of Work (SOW) • Identifying approaches to delivering the best creative without jeopardizing schedule or budget • Managing budgets, tracking financials against progress to ensure project health • Managing graphic design briefs through to print production • Partner coordination, liaising with fabricators and AV teams for project execution • On-site production support , assisting with install/strike on-site, troubleshoot in real time What you should have: • 1-3 years project management or producer experience in a design studio, fabrication house, or events agency • Creative affinity, interest in retail design, interactive experiences, and digital content creation • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities • Comfort with developing budgets • Clear, proactive communication with internal teams, clients and external vendors • Proficiency in Excel and Keynote.
