Join us in our exciting quest to build the future home. About the role We are looking for a Junior PTP Specialist to join our Finance team in Krakow. In this role, you will support Accounts Payable (PTP) operations, ensuring efficient processing of financial transactions and helping maintain high-quality service delivery for assigned entities. What you'll do As a Junior PTP Specialist, you will contribute to the smooth execution of Accounts Payable processes and support daily financial operations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, resolve invoice-related issues, and assist with month-end activities while gaining valuable experience in a global organization. In detail, you will be • Processing Accounts Payable incoming documents efficiently and accurately • Resolving AP processing-related issues in a timely manner • Responding to customer inquiries and providing professional support • Assisting with monthly closing activities • Actively supporting other Accounts Payable processes as required Qualifications & Requirements • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field • Fluency in English • Practical knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel • Previous experience in accounting or finance is an advantage • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Detail-oriented, self-reliant, communicative, and a collaborative team player Where you will be You will be based in our modern office in Kraków.
