Are you passionate about esports and follow tournaments and teams closely? Do you want to build a career in esports trading? Do you enjoy problem-solving and learning new skills in a fast-paced environment? If the answers to the above questions are yes, then this role could be ideal for you! About the role We're looking for a Junior Trader with a strong mathematical foundation and a genuine passion for esports. You'll be monitoring and trading live matches across multiple esports titles, learning how to manage markets in real time under the guidance of senior traders. This is an entry point into professional esports trading, and ideal for someone who understands probabilities, thinks fast, and already follows competitive esports closely. What you will do  Monitor odds and market performance, flagging issues to senior traders Applying knowledge of all titles to create more accurate betting odds Provide feedback on model accuracy based on match observations Contribute to post-match reviews and performance tracking Learn trading fundamentals and risk management Your skills will include Numerically minded with basic probability awareness Good knowledge of LoL/Dota2, CS2 or other MOBA titles Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Reliability and proactive approach Flexible availability to cover global esports schedules Upper-intermediate level of English or higher (B2+) Team player as well as a self-starter Nice to have Any experience in sports or esports betting/trading Strong Excel skills are a big plus Background as an ex-pro esports player
