Tasks About the Role As our Junior Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in safeguarding the business by ensuring that all operational, regulatory, and licensing obligations are met. This is a varied, hands-on position that works closely with stakeholders across the organisation, supporting the company’s strategic goals while maintaining a robust compliance framework. Key Responsibilities Compliance • Ensure full compliance with relevant regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions. • Stay updated on regulatory developments and advise the business accordingly. • Dealing with regulatory reporting processes and liaise with relevant authorities. Licensing • Manage applications for gaming licences in multiple jurisdictions. • Maintain existing licences and ensure all conditions and ongoing requirements are met. • Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies. Suppliers • Draft, review, and negotiate compliant contracts with service providers and suppliers. • Maintain systematic contract management and ensure consistent governance. General Responsibilities • Collaborate with external legal services where required. • Maintain electronic filing systems and oversee associated administrative processes. • Handle a variety of legal and compliance matters that support the smooth running of the company’s operations.
