We are currently looking for Junior Europe Legal Counsel , the details Job responsibilities as below: 👤 Who You Are: We are seeking a Junior Europe Legal Counsel to join our Europe Legal Team at the European Regional Centre. This role is designed for a highly motivated junior legal professional who is eager to learn, willing to support different legal and compliance workstreams, and ready to grow together with a new in-house legal team. The Junior Europe Legal Counsel will provide broad support to legal and compliance colleagues at the European Regional Centre, including legal research, regulatory monitoring, contract and document support, external counsel bill management, legal knowledge management, and internal legal process improvement. This role will also play an important part in exploring how new technologies, including AI tools, can be used to improve legal and compliance work efficiency. This is a hands-on junior role. The successful candidate should be academically strong, highly diligent, detail-oriented, reliable, curious about new technologies, and willing to take on both legal research tasks and practical administrative support work where needed. The role will provide exposure to a wide range of legal and compliance areas, including commercial contracts, data protection, AI, competition, product liability, product safety, advertising, employment, IP, ESG, trade compliance, corporate governance, dispute support and regulatory monitoring. We are a new Europe Legal Team building up a brilliant in-house legal and compliance system from the ground up. It will not be an easy journey. But it will be a great one. Join us and BE PART OF IT. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: General Legal and Compliance Support Provide comprehensive support to legal and compliance colleagues at the European Regional Centre. Assist senior team members with legal research, document review, contract comparison, legal memo preparation, translation, meeting notes, project tracking and internal reporting. Support different legal and compliance workstreams as assigned, including commercial legal matters, regulatory compliance, dispute support, corporate governance, risk control and internal process improvement. Help prepare practical legal materials, checklists, summaries, presentations and guidance documents for internal stakeholders. Take on ad hoc legal, compliance and administrative support tasks where required by the team. Regulatory Monitoring Execution Carry out day-to-day regulatory monitoring across business, legal and compliance-related areas relevant to the European region. Track EU legal and regulatory developments, including but not limited to automotive regulation, product safety, product liability, consumer protection, data protectio
