Description
You'll work directly with a founder or senior executive running a high-growth company in the US or Europe. Not as a task-taker. As the operational layer that keeps everything moving.
You'll own the full picture: priorities, people, open loops, and decisions. You'll know what's coming before they do. You'll handle what you can without asking, and brief them cleanly on what you can't. You'll be the reason things don't fall through the cracks.
This is not an admin role. It's a high-trust, high-ownership position for someone who wants to build a career in operations, chief of staff, or founder-adjacent leadership.
What you'll own
• Track and close open loops across the executive's full workload
• Calendar, inbox, and communications management
• Meeting prep, decision briefs, and post-call follow-up
• Task and priority management across the executive and their team
• Research, structured recommendations, and scenario planning
• CRM management and reporting
• Proactive identification of problems before they surface
• Long-term projects with real business impact
Who this is for
• 3 to 4 years of experience in operations, EA, founder's associate, or a similarly high-ownership role
• You move before being asked, and you close the loop without being reminded
• Strong written and spoken English, you communicate clearly at executive level
• Comfortable managing up: you push back when something doesn't make sense
What you get
• Monthly salary up to R 30,000
• Performance-based bonuses that can add up to 3 months salary
• Modern laptop/hardware provided by us
• Specialized training in AI and LLM tools
• Access to a community of automation engineers, designers, and senior operators
How we hire
Selection is rigorous. We care about judgment, ownership, and the ability to operate in ambiguity. If you meet the bar, you'll know it quickly.
